May your Holiday Season be filled with happiness and joy. May you all have the best of health and may you all enjoy every minute with friends and loved ones. As the new year approaches, we reflect on the past year. What a year we have had!

  • Through our Community Service Committee, we have managed to enjoy a great “Family Picnic.” All who participated enjoyed a great time of family fun, music, games and of course, food.
  • We were able to come together for one of our own in a time of need. Wow, what a night. The feeling of love, togetherness and caring filled the night.
  • Because of your generosity, many local families enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners. This food was purchased and delivered by our fellow REALTORS®.
  • The Berlin Nursing home was "professionally decorated" by our own. Drive by and take a look.
  • The residents of our local nursing homes were treated to a night of Caroling by the Community Service Committee.
  • The hot chocolate sales have far surpassed our expectations this year. The Coastal Association of REALTORS® has helped raise over $20,000.00 for the youth activities at Northside Park. The Winterfest of Lights has turned out to be a fun place for us all.
  • While all of this community work was going on the other committees were hard at work, making certain our association was looking out for your best interest.
Let me take this time to thank all of you for making this year a year we were proud to be a REALTOR®. As we go through the Holiday Season, remember to help your neighbors. Some are not as fortunate as you may be. We have a duty to take care of each other. Try it. You may be surprised just how happy your holidays will be, if you share them.

Happy New Year!

Pat Terrill
President
