Many of our members help others — sharing this information is the only way Coastal can once again be recognized in the Annual MAR C.A.R.E. Awards and win $1000, $5,000 or $10,000 for a local charity. Please let us know about your efforts by

Whether it was adopting a family, collecting Toys for Tots, volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, or fundraising for the Scouts. Even if it was through your church or a local organization, it all counts and we want to know about it. In 2008 we would like to collect another C.A.R.E. award at the MAR Convention. An update form was sent via fax to all Offices a few weeks ago. Please complete all forms and return them to our office IMMEDIATELY. Any agent licensed with a CAR primary member broker must either join the Association or the broker will be assessed dues for that licensee.

State Senator Andy Harris, Republican Candidate for Congress, 1st District will be the guest speaker at the CAR Government Affairs Committee meeting on Thursday, May 8, 2008 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at the CAR office, 314 Franklin Avenue, Suite 106, Berlin, Maryland. NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION - Next Monday! The next New Member Orientation and Real Estate Ethics Training for our newest members is on Monday, May 5 at the CAR office.
