• Once you have registered for SentriLock training, you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of the class. In that email you will click the link and go to the payment site. You will NOT need to enter name and password unless the link from that email is broken. Your SentriLock Username is the same as your ARIS Username, with a CAR suffix (dmg979-CAR). The Password remains the same as your ARIS Password.
• The confirmation email that is received after registering will contain a link that can be used to change class date/times, in addition to paying Lockbox fees. Agents will click on the Link and follow the instructions on the screen to reschedule or pay.
• When calling for SentriLock support, call (877) 736-8745, then press 1 for support, then press *, then press 3 for support.

Annual Active Dates for ARIS / MLS Will Be
JULY 1, 2008 - JUNE 30, 2009
ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED

• Invoices for ARIS Yearly Fees of $228 will be mailed the first week of June and will be due NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2008. Once paid your MLS Account will be active from 7/1/08 - 6/30/09.
• If payments have not been received by July 1, 2008, a $50 Late Fee will be incurred. If payment has not been made by July 31, 2008, MLS Accounts will be made inactive and will incur a $75 reactivation fee.

CAR does NOT have Supra Keys or Key Boxes and will not be restocking any more.
