BILLING FOR ARIS DUES WILL NOW BE INVOICED ON A YEARLY BASIS AND INVOICES WILL BE MAILED TO INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AT THEIR OFFICE ADDRESSES

| CAR MEMBERS: |
- To Streamline The MLS Billing Process, CAR Will Be Billing Members Yearly Instead Of Quarterly. Once Paid, Your MLS Account Will Be Active From July 1st, 2008 Through June 30, 2009.
- Invoices For Yearly Fees Of $228 Will Be Mailed The First Week Of June & Will Be Due NO LATER THAN 7/1/08.
- If Payments Are Not Received By 7/1/08, There Will Be A $50.00 Late Fee. MLS Accounts Will Be Made Inactive If Payments Are Not Received By 7/31/08 And There Will Be An Additional Charge Of $75.00 To Reactivate Your Account.
- MLS Dues Can Be Paid Online At The CAR Website After 6/5/08.

- MLS Fees Are NON-REFUNDABLE.

- The Broker Will Be Billed $200.00 For ANY Agent Not Paid 30 Days Past The Due Date Of 7/1/08.
