Coastal members! You may now pay your MLS Dues using
our fast and secure Online Dues Payment!
It's easy.   Just follow the three steps below:

• Click here to begin the MLS payment process.
• Once you have clicked on the link above, a login screen will appear in your browser.
• To login, enter your User Name into the top field.
  Note: Your User Name is the first two characters of your first name plus your entire last name (e.g. John Smith would have a user name of josmith).
• Enter your Password into the bottom field. If you have not changed your password, it will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you do not know your password, please enter your user name, click the box in front of "Check here if you have forgotten your password", then click Proceed to have your password emailed to you.
• Once the login information is correct, click Proceed.
  Note: your browser must have cookies enabled for this to work correctly.
• You will next be taken to the Members Only default page.

Step 2: Accessing your MLS Dues Payment

Your MLS Dues Invoice Link Click on the CAR MLS Access link located at the top of the Members Only Section. You will be taken to the REALTOR® Store online registration and secure checkout.

Step 3: Checkout and Payment

• As pictured below, you will now be at the REALTOR^® Store registration screen.
• Your member information should be filled out for you. If it is not, fill out the required fields.
• Click Proceed to Checkout.
• Review the MLS invoice once more before payment. Enter in your credit card information below the invoice.
• Once you are sure your credit card information is correct, click Submit Payment.
• You should now see a confirmation and receipt screen as pictured on the right below.
• A receipt will be emailed to you at the email address specified in the registration screen.
• Congratulations!  You have now paid your 2008 MLS dues!
