Frequently Asked Questions Regarding SentriLock
  1. What If I Haven't I Received An Email From SentriLock?
    - If You Have Not Received An Email From SentriLock With Your Personal Link, Please Call SentriLock Support At (877) 736-8745. Tell The Support Rep That You Want To Sign Up For The CAR Conversion & Give Your Name. The Rep Will Then Register You For Training From A Set Of Class Times. When You Receive Your Confirmation Email That Is Sent To You for Your Registration, There Will Be A Link To Click & Pay For Your Fees.
  2. What Do I Need To Bring To The Conversion:
    - You Will Need To Bring All Supra Keys, Lockboxes, Cradles & Power Cords With You On The Day That You Have Signed Up For Training. There Will Also Be A "Handler" There At The Conversion To Assist Agents & Brokers With Unloading Their Vehicles.
  3. What If I Am A New REALTOR® Or I Do Not Have Supra Keys Or Lockboxes?
    - Agents That Do Not Have A Key Or Lockbox Can Purchase Them At The Convention Center During The 3 Day Conversion. Please Register PRIOR To The Conversion At (877)-736-8745. There Will Be A Designated Separate Line, Please Come Early.
  4. How Many Keys / Lockboxes Will I Get?
    - Trade Out Will Be A "One For One". This Means If You Bring 1 Key You Will Receive 1 Key, If You Bring 20 Lockboxes That Are Registered, You Will Get 20 Lockboxes.
  5. What If I Can't Make It To The Conversion?
    - Agents Who Are Sending Others In Their Place To Do The Conversion Will Need To Bring A Letter, Signed By The Agent, Giving Them Authorization. The Broker & CAR MUST Receive A Copy For Their Records. The Agent MUST Also Register & Pay In Advance. The Representative MUST Bring A Copy Of The Payment Receipt.
  6. Do I Have To Be Trained In SentriLock If I Already Have A SentriLock Card?
    - Delaware Agents Who Already Have The SentriLock System May Choose Not To Take The Training. Please Be Aware That Programming The Key & Lockboxes Can Take 30-45 Minutes. Since You Have To Wait For The Program, This Would Be A Good Time To Take A Refresher Training Course.
  7. Where Do I Go When I Get There?
    - There Will Be Two Separate Lines. One For Those Who Have Already Pre-Paid The Yearly Service Fee & One For Those Who Want To Pay The Day Of Conversion. All Pre-Payments MUST Be Completed By 5:00 PM On June 5, 2008. If You Have Pre-Paid, Please Bring A Copy Of Your Payment Receipt.
  8. Can Administrative Staff Attend Training?
    - Administrative Staff Can Attend Training. They Must Attend WITH Their Broker.
  9. Are There Any Additional Costs If I Can Not Make It The Day Of Conversion?
    - If You Or A Representative Can Not Be There For Conversion, There Will Be A $100 Service Fee Added To The Total Cost.
  10. Can I Purchase Additional Supplies At The Conversion?
    - Yes
